配送ポリシー

•SHIPPING DAYS ARE Monday thru Thursday* Processing times are 3-5 business days, Due to Corona Virus shipping times may be delayed, please allow 3-5 Business Days (not including holidays) after processing to receive your shipment.  
All items are shipped VIA USPS. Please make sure your Name and address are correct, tracking numbers are sent via email once the product has been shipped! I will not be responsible for incorrect addresses if the product(s) was not received. I will kindly resend items one time out of courtesy, customers will be responsible for shipping fees! If the product(s) was lost. A file would be claimed with USPS.

Shipping For Returns:  
To return your damaged product unopened, you should email info@mohervation.com for the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
